JESUS SAVES
Our very own FIRST crusade was held from 05 07 April 2024 at a venue positioned at the entrance of a large hostel for women and in amongst all the hustle and bustle of township nightlife. While the weather was cold and wet, the spiritual atmosphere was hot—hot with Holy Spirit firepower!
The Crusade began with rainy weather, however, the worship was charged and miraculously kept us warm. Neo began the preaching with a powerful message from Luke 7:44-48 – a message needed for the type of area assigned to us. It rained hard while she was preaching, and some people, left due to no shelter nor umbrellas. This, however, did not stop her from preaching. What a powerful side to see!
Second day…
We were blessed with a tent to cover us from the rain. The opening prayer and worship fired up the place – the atmosphere was charged up for those who soon entered to be seated. Deborah preached a powerful message from Luke 15:11-20 and shared on the Father’s love and the return of the sons and daughters.
Last day…
Ev Samuel preached a powerful message of salvation from Luke 20:20. He spoke of how we are the image bearers of God. His message was truly revealing and exposing how deceptive the enemy is. Many responded to the altar calls for salvation, giving their “Yes!” to Jesus Christ.
Testimonies…
Marvellous testimonies were heard, including that from a father who gave his sick son a flyer and advised him to call us. He got through to Deborah during the day while she and her friend Ev Sylvia Coetzee were running a few errands for the crusade – they prayed for him!. The father saw it necessary to come through to the crusade and testify and he shared that his son had been healed by Jesus.
Prayer for the sick was packed with power! Nkele is a 34-year-old beauty therapist and mother of three children. Her sister invited her to attend the crusade and she was greatly impacted by the salvation message, responding to the altar call on the first night and receiving Jesus as her Lord and Saviour. Having been diagnosed with womb cancer and plagued by perpetual, acute pains on account of the disease, she went forward for prayer for the sick as well. The next day, she came to testify that all symptoms of the cancer had vanished and her heart was filled with joy and hope. “I will go to church. Jesus is now my Lord!” she expressed. Hallelujah!
Mr Bembo is a 63-year-old grandfather. For the past four months, he had been tormented by nightmares of witchdoctors and demons. Since he started attending the crusade meetings, the horrible dreams had stopped and he has felt only peace. He was ecstatic. “I thank Jesus for setting me free!” he voiced.

Souls have been saved and filled with the Spirit. Many have been healed and delivered, to this day we still receive testimonies! Please continue to keep believers and pastors in Alexandra in prayers.
